Freight & Shipping

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) please send us an inquiry of the following products not eligible for return.

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.

Shipping policy

All orders require 5-10 business days processing time before the shipping process. Logo Media Ltd. E.P.E. does not guarantee same day shipping. Logo Media Ltd. E.P.E. does not process orders during weekends. Logo Media Ltd. E.P.E. will notify customers by e-mail when their order leaves its premises with the shipping courier.


Shipping Options and Charges

Logo Media Ltd. E.P.E. can ship your order via three (3) different postal services, pending on the availability of services for your country shipping methods.

Shipping rates are calculated depending on the shipment weight and dimensions. Rates are custom duty unpaid.
Shipping charges can be calculated before ordering, since they will be added to the offer's subtotal price.

Shipping charges are based on region and therefore cannot be estimated until you provide us with the requested shipping information.

  • Shipping charges are not included in the price of the item.

  • Shipping time is not guaranteed, only estimated; shipping cost is guaranteed as stated at signed offer.

  • Customs duties are not included in Grand Total value of the order and are paid by customer at destination. Process of payment is handled by a third party (usually carrier) and Logo Media Ltd. E.P.E. is not responsible for incurred costs.

  • We are sorry, but we cannot refund the shipping charges for weather related delays.

  • Logo Media Ltd. E.P.E. does not take responsibility for delayed arrivals on packages shipped to rural areas.

  • Logo Media Ltd. E.P.E. not take responsibility for delayed arrivals due to closed or delayed airport activity.


International Shipping (Outside the EU).

Logo Media Ltd. E.P.E. ships orders worldwide. PayPal och SWISH payment is the preferred method for international orders; direct bank money transfer is also an option. International orders may require some forms of identification before processing. If we may not be able to process your order, we will cancel it and refund your payment, if already made.

Orders, placed from countries outside the EU, may be subject to import tax. We do not charge for this tax, so the customer will have to take care of it separately. You are responsible (if any customs, duties, taxes, or additional fees your country or the shipping company charges) to import these items or they will be returned to us after a certain period of time, determined by the specific carrier.

Logo Media Ltd. E.P.E. does not state the shipping products as 'RMA parts' or 'free samples/gifts' or 'state low value' for the orders made in our web shop, so please do not ask us for it as this is against the law.

Logo Media Ltd. E.P.E. is not responsible for any package that gets damaged or lost due to another country customs or postal service. If the item is lost, damaged, or delayed by the shipping service, we are not responsible for it, but will help you resolve the issue with delivery courier. Until resolved no refunds, credits, or replacements will be given by Logo Media Ltd. E.P.E..


Effect of customs processes on the shipping time and extra costs

All international shipments are subject to possible delays due to customs and may incur additional customs duties or taxes. We have no control over these charges and are not responsible for additionally incurred customs charges. Items are declared based on their charged value, therefore we will not accept customers' requests to markdown the item declarations - you would be defrauding your tax administration, which is illegal and punishable by law. By placing an international order with us, you are acknowledging that you understand there may be customs fees in addition to the item costs and agree to pay any additional fees that are imposed.


Special notice about P.O. Box shipping

Our shipping providers cannot deliver the order to you, if the address you provided us with is a P.O. Box. If a customer states P.O. Box address as the shipping address of his order, Logo Media Ltd. E.P.E. will contact the customer via e-mail asking for alternative address. If the customer does not reply within 3 business days, Logo Media Ltd. E.P.E. will cancel the order and fully refund the payment.
