Returnings & Return Policy.

We will accept returns and exchanges for eligible products for 90 days from the date of purchase or download, as applicable. We do not apply any returnings on/of software provided by any third party contractors.

The Material rights will be considered right ownage of the contractor until fully paid and/or other documented binding contract(s) say anything else. Software(s) rights are solely belonging(s) to the manufacturer and dealer/contractor.

Boxed goods

Return the eligible product in like new condition and in its original packaging, along with all parts, components, instruction manuals and documentation that were initially included. This Return Policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply to your purchase*.

Packaged software must be returned with their seal intact and must include all media and product keys. As a limited exception, software that have been opened may be returned during the return period if you are unsatisfied with the license agreement or warranty, but only if you do not make or retain any copies.

Even if you return your products, packaged software, these Terms of Sale will still apply to the time between your purchase or download and return.

LogoMedia have no rights to change the existing licence terms provided by the dealer/manufacturer/subcontractor.

Some items are not eligible for return; unless otherwise provided by law or by a particular product offer, all purchases of these types of products are final and non-refundable:

  • digital apps, games, in-app content and subscriptions;

  • gift cards and service/subscription cards (including account pass);

  • products that have been personalized or customized;

  • special order products, if not part of a Store promotional offering;

  • services that have been performed or consumed; and

  • clearance items or those marked with a designation such as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable".

  • Ads with spended buffer (€) that exeeded the date for the end of the campaign(s).

  • Customised items provided by LogoMedia or any subcontractor (imprint, etc.).

  • Free items (promotional, giveaway, gift) will not be refunded to cash or other system.

When you make a qualifying return, we will credit the full amount*, less the original shipping and handling charges (if any) except we won’t deduct those charges for returns because you are unsatisfied with the license agreement or warranty, and you will typically receive your refund in approximately 3-5 business days. Any refunds will be applied to the same account, and using the same method of payment, used to place the order (unless you choose a Store credit in the amount of the refund).

It is the returning part who are solely responsible for the sending of any goods. Logo Media do not return any recieved documentation if not requested by an legal instance, e.g. lawyer or legal firm who can document the right to claim this.

An item/service/product are considered to be delivered, in its whole content, when the reciever submitted.

Any other agreements are settled in an binding contract written in two(2) copies, one for both of the parties, with must be dated and signed by the customer and the contractor (dealer) by both documents. This can not be backdated.

Force Majeure

Logo Media is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements' obligations.

*The transcript will still be charged for two (2) months uf usage. This includes in the starting fee and all optimization done.
  Transactions made by SWISH will not be returned to an bank account. The money will be back transfered to/by SWISH in return.

Software & Systems

General

These Terms & Conditions shall apply to all sales through [STORE NAME] and will exclude application of any deviating general or specific conditions or terms of buyer. No waiver or modification of these Conditions of Sale shall be binding upon [STORE NAME], unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of [STORE NAME].
Price and Payment

Every product is shown including tax. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, taxes, shipping and method of payment.

Delivery

The delivery time is stated in the shopping cart next to the various ways of delivery. If a service/product has another delivery time than expressed in the shopping cart, this delivery time will be stated in connection to the individual services/products.
In case [STORE NAME] has reason to question buyer's solvency or ability to pay for delivered products, [STORE NAME] have no obligation to make delivery, and shall be entitled to stop products under carriage, unless buyer makes advance payment for the delivery and other claims arising from the business relation or grants security which can reasonably be accepted by [STORE NAME].

Unclaimed packages

If you have chosen to pay by COD (Cash on Delivery) your delivery will be held for you by the local post office for four weeks. Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages you will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery.

Returning products/services

Returning a service/product is to be done on your expense, unless the product/service is faulty or damaged upon delivery. Returned products/services are to be sent as letters or postal packages, and not for COD. In case of a trade, [STORE NAME] will pay for the delivery of the replacement product/service. When you have applied the return policy you shall: -in the case of a product: return the product personally or by mail to us. -in the case of a service: make the material available to us, unless this poses significant stress to your person.

Return Policy

[STORE NAME] return period is 14 days.

[STORE NAME] shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product and/or service as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned or you informing us of wanting to return a service. You are oblige to pay for the return delivery of the product. [STORE NAME] will pay to send replacement products and/or services.

In your message to us you must clearly state that you regret your purchase. The return period is counted from the day you received the purchased the full, or a significant part of the product. If you have purchased a customized product -or a product with a significant personal customization, the return period is counted from the day [STORE NAME] have informed you about the product.

You do not qualify for our return policy if:

  • The service you have bought was commenced with your consent during the return period.

  • The price of the service purchased fluctuates with the financial market (ie Stock options).

  • Due to the physical nature of the service, it is not returnable.

  • The seal of authentication of the product has been broken/opened.

 

When returning a product/service:

  • You are obliged to keep the product/service in the same condition as when delivered.

  • You must not have used the product/service, however you have the right to investigate the condition the product was in when delivered. If damage or harm is caused to a product while investigated the product does not qualify for the return policy.

Privacy Policy

When ordering a product/service you will be asked to fill in you personal information. Upon purchase you agree to this information is stored in accordance with [STORE NAME]'s privacy policy in order to fulfill our agreement to you as our customer. In accordance to the Swedish law of Personuppgiftslagen (198:204) you have the right to know the information [STORE NAME] have registered about your person.
